I recently read this White Paper by Mike Cottmeyer. Its broken down into 3 main areas: The what, the why and the how.

When an organisation says ‘we are Agile’ or ‘we’d like to go Agile’, there’s a lot more to consider within your teams and organisation before making this kind of statement.

“Doing Agile is different from installing it. And that is different from leading change. And that! May be different from the dynamics of that enterprise than the one you had experience in.”

“Transformation leads need to be honest and transparent. Making sure people understand the truth and have all the info to build trust, for trust is the currency of change.”
